Jaedyn Evans – Age 9 The Intergenerational School
Hey, can you imagine Saint Nickolas when he was young?
Not only was Saint Nicholas generous, but he was very close to God. Santa Claus brings joy to many children by giving them presents. God loves to see children smile and Saint Nick helps them smile. So, Santa keeps kids happy to this day. Santa Claus’ Dutch rival was Sinterklass, but in the USA Santa Claus goes all over the world including Netherlands so what’s the point?
As we know Saint Nick wears a red coat with a white fur collar and cuffs, white-fur-cuffed red trousers, a red hat with white fur and black leather belt and boots and carries a bag full of gifts for children. People say Santa writes a list about who has been Good or Naughty throughout the year. But I don’t know about that unless I hear it from The Holy Bible.
Maybe there’s an iceberg that’s a hologram and there’s Polar Bear guards. Maybe the elves hum Christmas songs. Maybe they have their own sports like Ultra Ice Hockey with Ice Armor. Maybe instead of walking they ice skate around the workshop. Maybe all the foods they eat are just like ours but, instead made of ice. Maybe they have ice tools like an ice wrench and ice drill.
Some nicknames that Santa goes by are Saint Nick, Kris Kringle, Father Christmas, and Pelznickel. I don’t know if Santa Claus says ho, ho, ho, but you might know. Some people say that Saint Nick developed an arch-nemesis named Jack Frost. You see Jack Frost is a “sinister mischief-maker” but I don’t think he’s real. Other people might say he’s real but, this is my opinion. Jack Frost is a personification of frost, ice, snow, sleet, winter, and freezing cold.
People say Santa Claus is 1,749 years. WOW! That’s old. (I wonder if Santa is real or not real)? Santa lives on the North Pole, with his reindeer Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen, and Rudolf-the leader of Santa’s Reindeer with his big red glowing nose.
